Erik is awesome, always watching out for the best interest of his clients. This is the second time I have asked for his help for a refinance, but under very different circumstances. The first time was when I needed to refinance to separate assets during divorce (and the Great Recession) and it was a very stressful time, and Erik made it much easier.
