I was thankful just for the ease of everything. There was a lot that I didn't have to worry about. I think the only thing was it did get a little hectic at the end and there were a lot of moving pieces. I think I could have used a bit more information as a first-time buyer. Some tips and tricks and things that are easy to miss. More specifically about the closing process. But overall, I thought Bill and the team were readily available and answered all questions wonderfully.
