Our overall experience was just ok due to the service we've received throughout or refinance. We were constantly being pushed to meet her timeline even when we had questions or concerns and then were told it was our fault that we wouldn't meet the original closing deadline. I think a personal touch would have started things off much better. As an example we received a canned email with details about what next steps were and the overall process. I think a followup call with the rep would fix this
