Steve laid out what to expect from the loan process & kept us posted on the progress of our application. Lots of paperwork, but everything was easy to upload to the Churchill website. There was one small glitch at the end causing the final paperwork to be re-done, but Steve kept the pressure on the process and we still managed to close on the original date we were given! Not an easy process to go through these days, but we are satisfied overall with the outcome.

Matt is great and really understands the needs of his customers. One of the things that immediately set him apart was the way he went over at least 3 detailed options I could take to resolve my mortgage refinance and some other credit issues I had. The process was fast and reasonably hassle free. I have since made a few "nuisance" calls to him to ask for calcification when I was nervous about the outcome or with help for the closing and each time he was instantly available and politely helped.
