The process was better than expected. I appreciated the integrity. When I first contacted them I was adamant that I only wanted to proceed if it made financial sense and if they would just run some numbers without having to complete a full application. Unlike my current mortgage with Chase whom lied to me and actually took a full application over the phone and then I saw hard hits on my credit and got application forms in the mail.
