We didn't have any issues throughout the whole process. The appraisal was low, but we have learned that there isn't a good way to challenge or question this. Mario was easy to talk with and was helpful throughout the process. Even had good compassion regarding the low appraisal and discussion following. Anytime we called or emailed, Mario was prompt returning our call and or would let us know he was busy and would check back soon. It was a pleasure to work with Mario and his team.
