Brenda went out of her way to keep us informed and remained patient with us. For example, our assessment was red flagged for what ever reason, and after some days passed with no information, we reached out to her. She happen to be at the hospital for the birth of her fist grandchild but still got back with us and even went out of the way to email and text us later that night to follow up and re-assure us all is good. We were over excited about our market growth and she held our hands all the way
