We loved all the interactions we had with Teresa. She seemed very on top of things and would answer our calls/texts no matter what the day or time. We were somewhat frustrated at times though. It seemed there was a lack of communication and recordings keeping somewhere on her team. We were often asked to produce documents that we had already given to the team. We would also hear that we needed something from one member of the team and something else from another. Overall great experience!

Mary was very good about answering all my questions and helping me know how much I should buy down on my interest rate. She never complained about how many times I called. She was AMAZING!! The only thing I was confused about was that different people would send me emails about sending in documents or signing papers and I was not sure if they were truly part of Chrurchill mortgage.
