I think the biggest frustration was the miscommunication at the end of our experience on closing day. It was very stressful the day of, as we thought we probably wouldn't get to close and we had rearranged all of our personal and professional plans for the week to make that happen. In the end, he made closing happen, and we are very grateful for that! But the communication about the AC unit leading up to that point was different than the document we received the day of closing.
