Better document management throughout (had to send items at least once on multiple occasions – not just Kraig's fault, other people as well) Didn't appreciate Kraig leaning on the force of his personality and playing "hero" - dominated conversation at times; moderating/softening your approach to conversations might help. All this being said, Kraig got it done, and I'm thankful for that; that's why I'm still likely to send people your way.
