Brian was available to help my family out when we needed it. Brian explained how the process of getting a mortgage works, as well as guidance with the loan expectations, and as a first time home buyer that guidance was a life saver. The only negative is that I bank at a smaller bank and my proof of funds never looked as "legitimate" as proof of funds from larger banking institutions and that caused some hassle.
