A lot of extra stuff. Underwriters are hard to satisfy. Three calls to the IRS for info. At the end we should have closed on Friday but the final contract was not correct so it delayed the closing till Monday. I am Sure there would have been issues where ever I applyed. I do appreciate all that was done by your team. They are very friendly and easy to work with.. This is the second loan that I have used Churchill and would do it again if and when I have a need. Thanks for all your work.

Joshua was great. Deanna Armstrong was absolutely fantastic along with Margery Newberry. We had a lot of obstacles to get through and they were extremely helpful and caring along the way. I highly recommend using them.
