victor was so helpful right from the beginning of this whole process. Anytime that we had a question, he answered it cheerfully and very quickly. The steps that we had to take to complete the loan were laid out in great order and very clear. Everyone was cheerful on the phone when we spoke and emails were easy to understand and to the point each time. Thanks for making this process as easy as possible.
