Being informed was important to me. I did get frustrated with the frequent requests for new or additional information. It would have been better, for me, if we were able to know what to submit without being asked for something else every few days. This was not Richard's fault, though. Overall, very good.

Erik is extremely knowledgeable and personable to work with. He answered all of our many questions quickly and with no hesitation. Erik worked diligently to get us the best rate possible. We really enjoyed working with Erik, and highly recommend him to others looking for a mortgage! We also had a wonderful experience with our processor, Grace. Grace made it possible for us to be ready to close over a week before our closing date. She was excellent!
