Randy and his team did an amazing job with our mortgage process. We had an unusual situation where the first mortgage we applied for was going horribly wrong and we needed a new one ASAP. His team worked diligently to get us through the process and underwriting in lightning speed, so we were able to meet our scheduled close date to avoid penalties by our builder.
