Communication all thorough the process. Any questions i had were answered in a timely manner and explained through to my satisfaction. They came to us during the process and alerted us when the rate was best to lock in(with out us requesting to do so). We felt like they had our best interest in mind the whole time, which took less than a month to complete everything.
