Mr. Porter was always on top of things. It started out by calling the listing agent and telling him that we were very good buyers for the house and if they needed anything else he would send over there way so we could get the house bought. We were 1 of several offers on the table. Second during the closing he held our 3 month old daughter so my wife & I could focus on signing papers.

Thomas is a cool guy and a straight-shooter. He told us what we wanted to know, and informed us of things we didn't even know to ask. He was supportive of our desire to get a 15-year fixed-rate loan with an affordable monthly payment (no more than 25% of our take-home pay each month). He accurately predicted that we would spend more on a house than we originally thought -- but again, all of our requirements were still met. Thomas helped us lock in a rate before it rose again.
