Knowing up front that Churchill wouldn't be carrying my loan, one of the things I really wanted was to work with a lender who wouldn't sale my mortgage (I realize I should've asked) Amount of paperwork, there were others where I work going through the mortgage process who didn't have to turn in nearly as much paperwork. (I realize this has alot to do with your under writer)
