Getting a mortgage was stressful, the amount of paperwork was ridiculous. Stephen however answered all of my questions and made the process as bearable as possible. I always seemed to know the what, why, when and how for each step in the process. Towards the end when Stephen seemed to hand me off to Britt and others I didn't mind because they were also very helpful. Overall I am not looking forward to ever going through this process again but I am sure that when I do it will be with Churchill M

I suppose I should clarify that Brenda Marshall was outstanding. She went above and beyond. The associates were not so quick to answer emails, texts, or phone calls. I feel with Brenda we had a good rapport. She is a pleasure to work with. But the other associates not so much..sorry.
