Overall, our experience with Brian at Churchill Mortgage was very good. He was friendly and helpful. It would have been nice to know every document that was needed upfront so that we could find them all. We were given a list of docs, found all of them, then a week later we needed another one. Then the same thing again. It also felt that the people working on our loan were not always communicating with each other. There should be a rating between OK and Great! Will definitely recommend!
