First, let me say that Jim was extremely patient. I reached out to him a year and a half before I finally made a decision to move forward--on the third inquiry. Then it took forever for me to pull my documents together, then my credit union held us up, then the IRS. After it was all done, I feel we got lost a bit in the turmoil. I didn't like feeling that I had to ask for updates rather than getting regular updates to keep me in the loop. Rates went up and we got stuck paying the difference.
