Sue provided quick responses regarding preApprovals and questions at any time of day, very pleasant, informative and helpful. One thing and major thing I didnt like, was that I wasnt given the best possible rate upfront, company already knew I was a great candidate, why did I have to go search for a better rate from another company to get a compatrable rate from this company, couldve have lost a client.
