The honesty and help from Ken and all of the other members of the team we interacted with was just incredible. We were able to sign much of our documentation and application via an electronic means, and they were able to accommodate my schedule when a physical signature was required. Having Ken at the closing made the process less daunting and more comfortable. Ken was always able to quickly answer any question we had, and translate the information into a way we could understand and process.
