It's a nice gym with all the amenities. I was only in Jax for two weeks but the only temp memberships they have is a daily $10 fee or monthly $60. Not too bad I guess. No chalk allowed. The water fountain tastes like it comes from the st John's. Unfiltered.
Really clean Gym, friendly staff and very good atmosphere. I found everything I needed to workout to burn off all the good food that I find on Yelp.
The Best gym in Jacksonville, with 15 locations, 24 hour access, tanning, childcare, and the most amazing group fitness classes around.
This entire company has ZERO customer service. I moved from Jacksonville LAST August of 2023.. Just saw they never canceled my membership and now are reporting the $113 to my credit. How pathetic is that and how hard up do you have to be as a company to attempt to strong arm someone into paying for using a facility they weren't using for an extra 3 months after the fact lol. The GM Casey canceled my membership without my knowledge,no phone call,no email,no nothing! He told me it was because I "was talking to the members to much" but yet I see other members doing the members doing the same thing! And also claimed I had a complaint the month before...I pay yall $25 or $26...i would like to file a complaint against this GM Casey... I deserve my membership back!

It's really sad; once upon a time, this used to be the best gym in Jacksonville. Their group fitness classes were top notch taught by experienced, knowledgeable instructors, who had the freedom to design their own classes and provide modifications based upon the needs of the individual students there that day. Classes had variety, spontaneity, flavour, and were truly genuine. New manager Sandy has so much extra time on her hands that she can walk the floor and look for anything that she thinks is wrong... But she will only say something to the women. Completely overlooks the same things when a man is doing them.

I already knew they didn't staff this gym in the morning but now I'm convinced no one works the weekends or holidays either. Monday morning is met with overflowing trash cans, empty spray bottles, no paper towels, no soap and limited toilet paper. They don't care about the cleanliness one bit. It's a shame this gym has the potential but it's just withering away. Check out their horrible BBB rating now. I have made several reports of bleach being used in the steam room and how that is not only illegal but deadly. These morons could care less about the customers of the gym. The janitor has harassed me for well over a year and when I made complaint of things being broken over the year or the janitor harassing people like myself, I was told they would take care of it and never did.
