Please read the contract before you sign it! They rip you off completely if you want to cancel before the two year agreement. I got a promotion for work in south Florida and had to cancel the membership after 9 months in. They charged me $50 to cancel the contract and also was charged the following month knowing that I have moved. This gym has gone downhill big time. The customer service is nearly non existent. I went to cancel my membership and was then billed for the yearly club enhancement fee on top the next 30 days. When I called into the corporate office, I relayed my concerns regarding the enhancement fee since I was leaving the gym. They refused to remove the yearly fee and hung up the phone on me. This gym is DISGUSTING. I'm surprised the department of health hasn't been called on this location. The training room where the turf is- cob webs in all corners, dusty kettlebells, missing dumbbells, the rope is fraying, the battle ropes are always broken off the wall.. and that's just one room! The main floor is even worse. Puddles of sweat surround the equipment, and collections of dust about an inch thick on top surfaces of the equipment.. as well as people's bags and jugs of water clutter up walk ways. This gym has turned out to be another Planet Fitness in the making, with added costs. Not only have they now sealed off an area of the gym for which they require a "Platinum" membership for but they are also singling out anyone who "makes too much noise" which is of course a subjective claim that anyone can take to mean whatever they want. Equipment wise, this gym has it all. Staff wise, this gym is seriously lacking. Especially the old woman that runs the front desk--I've never experienced such a level of unprovoked disrespect. I was visiting Jacksonville, and was using a guest pass from a friend who went with me: something which apparently she didn't approve of me using. Be really careful before signing up. I signed up for 2 years contract, but I had to move out of state after 1 year. I paid $50 penalty, 2 months gym fees, and $50 maintenance fee. You also need to send them proof of new address which I sent twice, but they think it is not sufficient. Now, they sent me another bill($169) because of it, and this email is threatening. I mentioned to Hailey Chronister, who seemed to be in charge, that I don't get any paper bills right now because I am sleeping on my friend's or relative's couch.... read more

A good gym should have 3 good things equipment, service, and wifi. This place has decent equipment but fucking lacks in the other areas. I never been to a gym that has shut shitty service and wifi. What kind of Mickey Mouse operation are they running here. It's 2016 and they figure out their wifi???? The lady was probably having a bad day the time I went so I'll let it slide. Don't waste your money on this shit hole.

My husband and 5 other sailors in the Navy are in a det for 2 weeks here and were looking for a place to work out while they are on orders. Apparently this gym has no respect for the military and offering a deal. They wanted them to pay $59 for the 2 weeks they are here. I think this is disgusting that they can not give a military pass or allow them to pay a lower amount. They are only there to serve our country away from their families and their own gym at home. poor management if you ask me.
