Cindy made the mortgage application process quite simple. She communicated every step of the way, telling us documents that were needed, and anytime we had a question, she got an answer super fast. She stayed on top of our application the entire time, so there was no downtime wondering where we stood ... and before we knew it, we were closing .... ahead of the expected timeframe!
