Cindy was awesome to work with. She ALWAYS answered her phone no matter when I called and 99% of the time could immediately answer my questions. On the rare occasion that she didn’t have an answer she was always very prompt in finding the answer and getting back with me. I wish all my interactions with KB were as good as the ones with Cindy. She made what she could control as seamless and easy as possible. Would absolutely work with her again and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

More timely, adequate, & transparent information from builder & KB throughout the process. I realize that are many moving parts to building & purchasing a home; however, proactive communication on the delays should be provided weekly. I was initially told by sales that my unit would be ready in February, which never seemed like that was possible from the start given my frequent trips to the property to chronicle the process.

From the very first encounter Cindy was extremely attentive to our situation. I was out of town on business but instead of email exchanges she picked up the phone and called me which was great. She answered all my questions either right away or after researching. This level of service continued until the day of closing. Our closing experience with the title company was not the best and even at that time Cindy took the time to call me and discuss the situation. Her care and concern always felt genuine which I appreciate.
