Stay was fine and the facility was clean, but the trek to and from our room was not worth it. The second tower is soooo far from the lobby (not to mention we were promised, and paid for, a room on the main tower but upon arrival were told there was no availability). While we were checking in, a man claimed he was pick pocketed in the elevator to security 🫠 Bring your muscle because It’s a hassle to carry all your luggage to the second tower as it’s no where near the lobby or garages. We'll definitely be back! The only complaint I could think of is the lighting in the bathroom is very dim and we were not able to put our makeup on in there. Also, there is no microwave in the room. That was disappointing, but it's honestly the only things I can think of. The location was great! We had a nice view from the 19th floor. Really comfy beds and pillows! oh my goodness, I wanted to take the pillow home with me! It was really quiet too, not once did we hear any noise from our neighbors or in the hallway. Exceptional our room was extremely comfortable and clean. I felt like I was at home from the minute we got to the hotel. Great staff extremely friendly and our room had the most beautiful view at night . And the price was very reasonable. We are definitely going to be coming back to circus circus for our next stay in Reno

Good No maid service the whole time I was there. When I chrcked out and asked about it, the staff said that I had declined the service... but no one ever asked me about it when I checked in... It had a bed!
