Pleasant The facility is not very stroller friendly and the handicapped elevators did not work all the time so we had to carry my daughter in her stroller up and down stairs. Also, the all of the elevators take for ever after you call it. Specially the elevators to the parking garage, you literally have to wait more than 10mins for the elevator to come to you and in one occasion we just got tired of waiting for over 15mins that we had to go all the way to the 5th floor with, carrying my daughter in her stroller.
