desk staff was friendly and helpful. security staff was helpful with directions and suggestions for places to eat. cleaning staff came in while we were still there without knocking but we did not have the do not disturb sign on the door. over all good stay. We missed the brunch you should think about bringing that back.

Rooms like a very basic hotel. Nothing special. Quite a disappointment to what was listed online. Plagued with broken escalators and some of the bars and eateries closed all week.

Staff was nice. Hotel is dated and it feels like you’re having to walk through a maze to get to the arcade and the parking lot. There is no safe in the room, not even a pen or notepad.

No shopping near by unless you like shopping in casinos. The room ws clean and nice view from the 22 floor. everyone we encountered was friendly.

Loved the upper floor room - so quiet. The house keeping staff excellent and friendly Plenty of restaurants to satisfy any one.
