Overall, it was a nice stay but gaming was less than I expected. Long walk to get to tower rooms. Shuttle not working. Location to downtown. Atrium to three casinos without leaving buildings.

Convenient and family friendly experience! The noise outside was very noticeable. Convenient location to what we were doing, clean.

Wonderful Claudia who helped me check in was so extremely rude. I was upset at an error. I said you don't even care do you? She said Nope! I just work here, I don't care. Refused to even try an help me fix the issue. Cleaning staff was great! Beds and pillows so comfortable. Food options great.
