Pleasant Inefficient check-in and poir instructions on how to locate our room, no car valet service, confusing self parking process. Right in the casino precinct, spacious room

Had a very nice time. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. I did not like the automated check in system. the stairs to the sky tower. room advertised as $55 and when you arrive there is a 100% mark up. beautifully renovated

great place for the value during the weekdays super good location,quiet,helpful & friendly desk helpers so much better than Vegas, not a rip off

Ok but not my choice next time Only high rollers I expect have close access to the casino floor. Our room was just ridiculously too far away Our room was also freezing and there were no additional blankets. Sheets and linens were worn. The entertainment was nice around the floor and the burlesque show was great. Best part of our stay

over all we enjoyed the restaurants and location to the bowling center the Tram was not running between the two buildings and we where there with bowling equipment and have to go up and down stairs with this equipment and suit cases was not an option when I am all ready having knee problems. So need to work this out because I saw many people having problems with stairs and luggage. The staff was great
