Price was great. Location was great, walking distance to Silver Legacy, Eldorado and Street Vibes events. Check in was easy, our room was in the Sky tower, wasn’t given great directions to find it but eventually found it. Half the elevators were out of service. The front desk in Sky tower was not staffed. We did not see one staff member in sky tower our entire stay, our room wasn’t cleaned for our stay (Thursday-Sunday), vending machines were all empty, was able to request extra towels when needed.
