The people working at the hotel were the best part. The room was serviceable but showing it’s age. The room was a bit worn down and in need of basic maintenance. The staff were awesome. From the people at the front desk to the people in the casino it was a great experience.

Excellent séjour à Reno/Nevada. Rien de particulier. - Emplacement (centre Reno); - Confort des chambres; - Personnel agréable et professionnel; - Communique avec le Silver Legacy (entre autres); - Large choix de restauration. 2 principaux mall : 1 au Sud à 20mn en bus; 1 à l'Est (non visité). Tout est fait pour vous déconnecter de la réalité extérieure (la ville semble pauvre et pas mal de sans abris errent dans les rues à la quête du Dollar de la dernière chance...) et vous faire dépenser le maximum d'argent dans les casin... read more

We would stay again if that nuisance was taken care of. There were cars outside our window doing donuts and making screeching noises in the middle of the night. Where was law enforcement to get them to leave. I didn't sleep well because of it. What breakfast? My husband bought coffee and rolls downstairs. The room was fine. It was clean.

acceptable location for quick ski trip to Mt Rose there was nothing I didn’t like. feels like a dying / old property. no complaints. not sure why I have to pay a resort fee- for what? the room was fine w nice view. it was actually quiet room.

Very Good The shuttle between our rooms was down. We had to walk a lot. Everyone and everything was good.
