It’s was ok. Rooms are nice and clean. Service was not the best only spoke to employees for registration and that was it. No one checked to see if no needed anything or how my stay was. Some construction areas and elevators not working. The night noise was horrible. My room was away Rome the casino.

First timer, having trouble how to check in driving off the freeway. But once I figured out how to register, where to park and get to/from the parking garage to my room, it was a great experience. The room was comfortable and is stay again next time I'm driving through Reno

Business Trip Rooms were generally clean and updated. Hotel itself was pretty dated, but partners hotels were great and literally within a couple of mins walk.
