Need to hire more friendly people at the front desk. They were not willing to help with my booking. The front desk staff made my friends check in a nightmare. Facilities, casinos

Pleasant Having to use stairs with my luggage and no walk way to roll luggage
A great stay for the money, family friendly. The shuttle is no more and we had to walk a pretty far way lol Very clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Few days stay with my husband and I, took upgrade and early check in to only get hard, uncomfortable bed. No good tv cha For upgrade room, king bed was hard, old and very uncomfortable. Location, shuttle and customer service was great.
