Pleasant the checking in area is way out of one of the towers. centrally located for my needs.

every thing ok but the the carpet was dirty mm's around the base of bed and corners They could have vacuum the carpet. beds made

Good Sky tower shuttle was non-operational and there were multiple stairs getting to the sky Tower. Was not told that at check-in and would have stated it was too far to walk. I am 69 years old and none of the ADA access was operational. Just because I look like I can walk doesn't mean that I can climb stairs. Very long walk to room this should have been a consideration at the front desk. Shuttle stated it was a weather issue but it was clear and sunny check in day and check out day.

Pleasant Room smelled bad, bed uncomfortable, employees seemed unmotivated. Shuttle wasn't working, which made sense due to weather. However, when given our room keys, that wasn't stated. We were just told SkyTower and pointed in a direction. We ended up wandering around until some other guests assisted us. THEY told us where to find the Skytower AND that the shuttle wasn't working. We most likely would not stay here again. The price was reasonable. Location was nice.
