This is my first time I come back here after many year, it’s ok overall but the AC was too slow or didn’t work. I called the receptionist to report the AC issue to have it checked out since it’s been almost 3 hours and my room was still at 77.1 degree. The receptionist told me that she created a ticket for the facility tech to come up and check and make sure that I don’t have the privacy tag hang on the door. Good value Good experience Bed super comfortable Staff amazing Elevator left most people apprehensive as it didn’t feel secure with rattles, slight swaying and scrapping noises as it stopped at lobby level Extended stay but moved to a lower level room
