Comfortable No staff at the check-in counter. all checkin was done using self service modes. Only one person available to assist customers and he was very busy. Comfortable bed with great pillows. Room was clean and spacious. Although the temperature on the outside was in the high 90s, the room was very comfortable.

My husband and I love staying here. The rooms are always nice, the beds are alway comfortable. LONG line to check in and LONG line to get to the elevator. The bed was soooo comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great, too. Asked for extra pillows and they were waiting for us when we returned later that night. Stayed here before, and booked again for Nov.

It was a good stay. Only issues we had was 1st, the air conditioner. While it did blow out cold air, it only blew out a little bit of cold air as if it were clogged. So room didnt cool down easily. 2nd, The bathroom counter was dented in and broken in one area like it got knocked into hard and the sitting desk in the room had a hole in the side wall. The room was comfortable. I really enjoy the firm bed and the soft, fluffy pillows. Shower had great water pressure.
