Dissatisfied I have a disability and when we first arrived at your hotel, we were put in Sky Tower on the top floor at the very end of the hallway. I understand the room i booked is in a certain place in the hotel, but it needs to be advertised or explained better. Or I would not have booked the room. Me and stairs dont do well. I was exhausted by the time we got to our room. I was not going to be able to handle that walk everytime for 3 days. Pleasant My room key kept not working, so at least once a day I had to get new room key. i forgot to bring a toothbrush and the front desk person was able to get me one.
