Pleasant Navigating the distance and stairs with luggage between the lobby and the tower without the use of the monorail/sky tram was kinda brutal Room was clean, quiet and comfortable had nice view

after checking in get accurate information to find your room. difficult to find the correct tower from entry desk. little to know information given. 3 stets of stairs with no elevators and getting lost was challenging. location
