Pleasant My room key kept not working, so at least once a day I had to get new room key. i forgot to bring a toothbrush and the front desk person was able to get me one.

great place to stay self kiosks for check in weren’t working only 2 staff members assisting guests but the wait to checkin was an hour long. I would suggest having more help during busy periods. friendliness cleanliness

Wonderful I prepaid and when I got there had pay a 135. Deposit nothing was mentioned when prepaid..deposit was not replaced in my acct when we left was instructed to place keys in excess check out instead of someone to I quite about the depoait. All very clean and quiet even though it was completely full

nice hotel, very clean and conveniently located resort fee added quite a bit to the bill, when we went to check in they said we could use the kiosks but they didn't work...and it seemed like everyone who tried to use the kiosks couldn't get them to work. Also, we were told to use the Shuttle to the tower but it wasn't working either, so we had to haul our suitcases up and down the stairs in the skybridge to get to the tower. room, it was clean and nice, convenient location that was close to everything we were doing.
