Pleasant When we parked on the garage structure, some of the levels were pitch black so I had security concerns. Then I had issues checking in and the clerk wrote the wrong hotel room number on the key pass. I had to try several rooms before getting access to the correct room. It’s centrally located in Reno and close to the other casinos.

Exceptional I didn’t use all of the facilities, but everything I needed was more than enough. I had no complaints at all. When the coffee machine wasn’t working, it was quickly replaced. Any problems are solved right away, and the staff truly enjoy their work. That makes the stay even better.
