Exceptional The 3 gentlemen in guest services, it went extremely out of their way to help us out. I'd like to give a shout out to them also, the staff provided me with the lower floor room. Because of my fear of heights, they went underway to make things good for me

Clean and spacious room. My spouse & I have back issues. So we asked for extra pillows. They only had 3 on a king size bed (we’ve always gotten four at other hotels), so we asked for 3 additional pillows but were yold they could only provide 2 more. Location
