Very Good We found a dirty wash cloth in bathroom, folded up and hanging with the clean towels, are window had white film over it so no view. Location and price, I like the self check in, coffee shop close to room elevator.

Once in our room it was very comfortable Only complaint is we could not get help or luggage cart to carry up our luggage. No one at the bell desk after waiting a long time. We are disabled & it was really hard carrying it since the escalators were closed

Very Good Car parking not secure! 3rd floor large truck broken into driver window broken. Last year we had same problem with the guard waking us up at 2am as our truck was broken into. We had to pay $20 for valet parking yesterday so our car would be safe! Excellent place machines not friendly
