A nice room and luggage services, but the failures on so many other points will have us go elsewhere next time. When my wife and I arrived just before 3pm to check in, the sole person at the front desk told us that our room would not be ready until after 6pm. We had made our reservation a month earlier, and I had spoken to your reservations team only 2 days prior, to confirm that everything would be in order, but that did not make any difference to the clerk.
