Poor Long, confusing check in line (1). Noisy A/C units. Long, difficult walk from front desk to room.
Can you smell my misery? To start, the valet cursed me out, then called security on me and tried to have my vehicle towed while i was checking in. Security said he was out of line and asked me to call guest services and make a complaint. Of course, guest services never answered or returned my call. The room was regular except for the terrible smell of mold and the loud noise coming from the adjacent roof right outside of our window all night. Disappointing I booked a King room way in advance for our stay knowing that the hotel would be busy. I was very disappointed when we entered the room with 2 queens. This was to be a romantic stay for my husband for Fathers day weekend. The explanation given to me as to why I didn't get what I had booked was not acceptable.
Poor The floor outside was dirty and very loud in hallways with people.. there was food on the floor in the hallway for 2 days without being picked up nasty!! The room was nice
Awful scary and unethical The key card for my room didn’t work! So I paid for a room I couldn’t get into! It was beyond an inconvenience to have to go to front desk constantly for new key cards! Then I’m the morning it was 930 check out is at 11 I took a bath! My daughter was fast asleep! Someone barged into room! I had the latch on door so they couldn’t open it fully but how scary unprofessional and horrible! I’m getting my refund on this! I called them and u guys wasted time because I was on hold!
