Casinos are robbers. Resort fees are thievery. I paid 92 and change, but they dinged my card 142. I may get it back, it may be a deposit but im not pleased anyway, but I feel deceived and won't stay in a Caesars property again. All the casino properties are thieves, as far as I'm concerned. Good bed, good coffee in room.
Gut für eine Pbernachtung. Man spürt, alles ist alt und in doe Jahre gekommen. Nötige Renovationen wurden nicht durchgeführt. Vom klappernden Fahrstuhl bis zu den sehr mageren und ungesunden Angebot zum Essen. Draussen je nach Ausgang ist es gleich wieder etwas beängstigend. Der Preis und das gratis Parkieren.
Circus circus terrible I requested that the bed has no box underneath because my fiance a quadriplegic. He needs hoyer lift that needs to go underneath bed. They emailed me back saying they have the bed not to worry. I arrived had to wait 45mins. Why he stayed alone outside in van while In line then to find out they don't have bed but it's shows in the picture of bed so they lied but won't say again. Not worth the headache Advertised price was $49 + resort fee which was paid online at booking. The additional $175 was charged and posted to the other card used to verify identity.
Phone was not marked on who to call, they never came with our items we asked for! No coffee, not very clean, called for extra towels and coffee and a pillow and they never delivered them. Paid too much for horrible service! Not very cleaned we had to wipe down all the dressers and tables
Warning, ignore the price advertised The price advertised is not the price you pay, very misleading and not worth the final price.
Disappointing Too much walking to get the rooms The room was comfortable
Not a Good Value. Disappointed. For over $300 a night one expects the outstanding. High prices should have value. We found none. The check-in was understaffed and there is a push to do it through computer. The hotel is very large and confusing with very few staff members to help. We had a 15 minute wait for the elevator to our room which had not been cleaned from the guests before. We waited an additional half hour for it to be cleaned. Rooms are not easily accessible, 3flights of stairs up and down with suitcases is not nice. Staf was very rude upon arrival. I was under the impression i paid the resort fee however this was not the case and the staf did not put any effort to explain this in a calm manner. Also the first staf member we talked to did not speak english very well and upon asking her for clarification on how to get to the room she was very rude in her response.
