Need improvements There was no tram to take us to our room a very long walk to go to casino The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were great
Circus-Circus really needs renovation. The room that we stayed in is very old and uninviting. Bed is old and very uncomfortable. Carpet is dirty. Window covering was kind of a pull out shade that was misaligned and need fixing. Shower curtain has mildew by the magnets. None really.

Where's my room? Shuttle to our tower wasn't working. We had a 300 yard walk to our room. Had to drag 4 suitcases uo a flight of stairs on the way. Room was nice

Overpriced. The sky tower was inconvenient to go to and elevators didn’t seem to function properly Room was nice and modern. Great location and view from room
Disappointing The rudeness of staff. No direction and nothing wasn't open till after 4 except gambling machines and food court... When we arrived to the room after no clear direction, they said "go across the street" we couldn't figure out to get to the tower we were staying in. Thank God we found another person staying there, he showed us were and what to do. Surprisingly we found ourselves helping others to work the elevators, etc. But getting to the room finally my boyfriend commented on how much we liked the hall mirror ... read more
