My stay at Circus Circus Reno I wish that you had a pool! It would make it perfect! It would be easier if there was a better way the hotels connected to use that service. It was so hot when we were there that it would have been nice to use. I felt safe. Lots of security! Staff was wonderful and so very kind! I fractured my foot and knee and there was so much walking! Pleasant The AC unit in the room was loud , to the point of not being able to sleep very well if at all, had to go to different floors to find an ice machine that worked, and a soda machine that actually had soda to buy, tried numerous times to talk to front desk, and never got any person on the line to speak with What breakfast? All the shops
