Exceptional Some of the places to eat are not as clean as they could be. Some of the staff in the game area were not very nice. The price was ok. I'm not sure about the resort fee that is tacked on. I don't see this as as a resort.

Very Good The one thing I didn’t like is I was put in the sky tower so I had to carry my two big suitcases by myself across a big distance (with at least two sets of stairs) to get to the tower and elevators my room was in. I learned for my next visit that you can request (and potentially pay a bit more) to be in the tower where reception is. For the price you pay I think this is a great hotel. The stay was ok The escalators were not working, and there was not enough signs to get you to the front lobby.
