good place to get away took 6 hours to fix my toilet and then they gave me a different smaller room everything is so accessible

There were a couple hiccups to our stay, but overall we still had a good time. I tried to book us a room that was attached to the casino. Before booking, I called guest services, was told the wrong Circus Circus tower. To be clear, Sky Tower is the farther one and attached by a sky bridge COMPLETE WITH sets of STAIRS. They should've given us a map of alternate routes to get there because we got lost in the casino on the way to find the Sky bridge.. So you go to hotel registration in the casino area, then haul your luggage up... read more

Okay See above. Also pressed to upgrade my room or else go across the street to another tower for the room I booked. It was clean but only one towel and no face cloths. Only able to make coffee, no tea. The bed was firmer than I like.
