Disappointing
Certainly sub-par considering the price paid tfor accommodations celebrating 27 year anniversary. Master bedroom was missing dark shade, so sleep was compromised at sunrise. Master bedroom fan was noisy and rattling. Getting to Sky Tower from registration desk was ridiculous. We did not attempt to go downstairs to the casino floor to gamble due to the extremely long wait times for the elevators. Clean room Comfortable bed and pillows Great televisions
Very Poor The monorail were down and the elevator situation was a NIGHTMARE. We waited over an hour. This was s horrible experience and I will let you know.
it was a horrible time we had to wait 30-45 mins and elevators didn’t work . we had to take stairs most of trip. nothing

Bad No way to check in, no staff at front desk I could not get my dog in so I tried to change reservation, theere was only one staff member at the desk I never check in, I want my money back please
