Resort fees suck especially when they account for almost half the cost of a stay I’d like my deposit back quicker but there’s probly nothing you can do about that. I also checked in after 11p you could give me a pro rated rate or offer a discount for another night stay…..something It was easy to check in. I wasn’t there long enough to tell you more than that

ok When we got to the room you could tell it wasn’t properly clean . There was a bunch of hair on the tub . No handsoap . Someone left some belongings behind and room service didn’t even take it out . Bad experience. really Dirty ! it has a lot of places to explore around .

Poor Escaleter and Shuter to Sky Tower didn't work, room key for elevator didn't work. Room A/C very loud, toilet running and phone didn't work
